This pond was made in 2002 (Feb-June) by Swimming Pool company with standard concrete swimming pool specification except the changes I requested, mainly, having bottom drain, reverse flow system and the size of PVC pipes used.

Pond volume approx. :45,000 litres (8m x 4m x ave 1.4m)

Equipments: 2 x System 2000, 1 x 1.5Hp Grundfos pump, 1 x 1.5Hp WaterCo pump (backup), 2 x HiBlow 40 Air Pumps, 1 x 120W Aqua UV unit, 1 x Power Skimmer, 1 x 2500l Water Tank acting as FluidMedia filter, Trickle Tower with 100L of BioBalls

Equipments to be added: Foam Fractionator.

Regrets: except the usual "if only I made it wider, deeper and bigger", I really wish I had installed 2 skimmers, 2 bottom drains, and gravity fed filtration system.
